Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over with a valid passport.

2. The prize draw is not open to employees of World of TUI, associated companies, their agents or anyone else associated with this promotion.

3. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the entry form online. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

4. Entry implies acceptance to the terms and conditions as outlined here, which are final and legally binding.

5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost due to transmission errors.

6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. No purchase necessary.

8. The prize draw close on the 31st October 2006, a winner will be selected at random on 10th November 2006 and notified by email or phone.

9. The first entry randomly drawn after the closing date of 31st October 2006 will win a 7 night holiday for 2 adults staying in the Seaview Patong Hotel (3ü) in Thailand for 7 nights on a bed and breakfast basis departing between 11 October 2006 - 30 April 2007. Excludes departures for Christmas and New Year (19th December 2006 - 2nd January 2007) and Easter (29th March - 7th April 2007) Coach transfers to and from the hotel, in flight meals, flight supplements and Silver travel insurance have been included in the prize.

10. Portland reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative hotel or destination in the event Seaview Patong Hotel in Thailand, being unavailable when the prize draw closes.

11. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the specified prize. Should the winners not be able to travel on the actual dates specified then they may nominate a friend or relative to take their place.

12. Travel to and from the UK airport, spending money, passports and visas are the responsibility of the winners.

13. This prize draw will be governed by English Law.
